Screen Stretching
We manufacture new, aluminum frames to your specifications. We stretch and restretch aluminum, steel, wood and plastic frames of any size to your required tensions. Screen fabric is available in white or yellow.
We have many frames profiles to choose from. For Large Format frames we offer the very popular Hi-Ten 1 3/4 x 3 re-inforced aluminum profile. Pre-bow service is available at Screentec. We stock stretched bottle printing screen frames in 12" x 16" and 14" x 20". Please call for any custom size you may require. Screentec can do it for you.
Textile screens are ready to ship in the following stock sizes 20" x 24", 23" x 31", and 25" x 36" .
These frames are stretched in 110 and 156 white mesh and come 10 frames in a box.
We stretch thousands of CD SCREENS a week for customers coast to coast.
All our frames are stripped, sand blasted and stretched to your special tensions and angles. We use Sefar mesh woven in Switzerland. Screens are shipped 18 to a box. Pre-coated mesh is also available in 355 to 460 mesh counts. Call Screentec for pricing and more information.
